I found this book to a great souce and/or refresher relative to realizing as a corporate leader that "almost anything is possible given the proper focus and leadership. It brings out the "can do" positive thinking and communication necessary to flow down to an entire team of individuals. The result allows them to realize what can be done if the all work together.
